How to make an order?

What are the delivery methods?
Transport cost is on behalf of Buyer. If order more than 3 000 Euro, the transport cost on behalf of MCS.
- For order until 1000 Euro we suggest the delivery via Post of Russia.
- For order more 1000 Euro we suggest the delivery via UPS.
